I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I recently had dinner at a local Chinese restaurant. Chinese food in Albuquerque leaves a lot to the imagination to say the least. The reason I eat at this particular restaurant is that they have a separate seafood menu. They make a dynamite Clams in Szchuan Sauce. I noticed an item on this menu called Lu Yu. I asked my waitress what this was. She told me it was a fish. I tried to find out what kind of fish it was. Unfortunately the waitress didn't speak much English and I couldn't find out any more about the fish. Can anyone tell me what a Lu Yu is? I would appreciate the help. Thanks.
