Does anyone know if there are any "firepot" (some call it "steamboat") restaurants in the DC/Baltimore area? For the uninitiated, it's an Asian style of cooking akin to fondue, where a pot of broth is brought to your table and kept over a burner or in an electric pot. The restaurant typically has meats, fish, vegetables, etc. available on a buffet for you to dip/cook in the broth, as well as a variety of condiments that you can mix together to make a dipping sauce for your cooked food. I've been to such places in NY and Chicago, but can't seem to locate one here. Do they exist? Thanks in advance!
