need help finishing brunch menu

Since everyone is so busy over the holidays I thought a brunch party would be easy/fun. I dont think I have enough and wanted everyone's opinions. So far I am making

- crossiant bread pudding
- mini BLT frittatas (bacon, arugula, and tomato)
- mimosas and bloody marys

the big questions is make muffins or buy bagels? do I need another option? hash browns? fruit salad? I am also making gingerbread tea cakes but those are for people to bring home with them. The big thing is that I dont want to be in the kitchen cooking so something that can be made ahead and sit out is key (dont mind warming up but dont want to be flipping bacon!). Should be around 20 people hanging out for a couple hours. Thanks and happy holidays to everyone!
