Hi. Now that I have some idea about what to do when freezing cookies (I think I'm going to go with the frozen dough method, though they will only have to be in the freezer for a few days. Will it be dumb to freeze them?), I have another question. I'm going to be having a semi-open house next weekend and want to serve finger foods (NO silverware if it can be done). I'm thinking of serving three or four kinds of cookies, gougeres, brie en croute, cheese straws, that sort of thing. Any suggestions for an easy dish that serves plenty?
