Help me find this Thai specialty...

Called "Hoy Tawd," or at least pronounced like that.

Fried mussels in a sort of egg and rice-flour omelet, usually served on bean sprouts and with a red sweet-spicy sauce.

Somewhere on the west side, please, or at least closer than the one Thai restaurant in Silver Lake that has it.

I am crave crave craving it. Go hounds!
