Where in SF or Oakland (or anywhere in the East Bay is fine also) can I buy a good quality 15-16 inch paella pan? I need one for this weekend, so it's too late for me to order one online. The only one i keep finding is the all-clad one and that's invariably over $100 no matter where i look. I'd be willing to spend that amount if I was certain that it was the bext value for my money, but I'm not convinced (especially since it comes with a lid, and i've read that authentic "paellas" don't come with lids). Thanks for your suggestions.
