help me find the name of this Italian dish I ate in Turin

It was an artichoke heart pureed with cream and/or cheese, and pressed into a ramakin, then inverted on a plate with a cheesy(fondue like) sauce poured over it.

I remember that fondata or fondue or something like this was in the name of the dish...
