Where do I find homemade/artisan italian deli meats (mortadella/capicola) in GTA?

So I've seen various food shows where they make italian sandwiches being with mortadella and capicola that look nothing like the store brand stuff. The mortadella i'm looking for is the one's where you can see the different chunks of meat vs the uniform bologna looking mastro stuff (which i'll still buy once in a while).

By the way, i'm looking for take home deli meats, not the stuff at charcuterie sit down restaurants a'la Black Hoof.

Any ideas? Ideally in downtown reachable by bike vs maple.
