Where to find a good Deli and Italian Bread??

SV650Rider | Feb 10, 200501:02 AM

A recent transplant from the North East coast, I am having a hard time finding a good deli, ie one which doesn't weight the meat on a postage stamp, has good crusty Italian bread (not soft French), etc. I've been to Claro's in Tustin and that's not a bad place but looking for others. Italian or Jewish style deli would be great! I searched this sight but didn't see too much...thought I would post and inquire anyway.

Much obliged for any suggestions, willing to drive a bit to satisfy the craving but near Irvine would be a bonus.

Thx in advance!

FYI - went to International Meats & Deli today in Garden Grove on Stanford (A small Hungarian deli/butcher) - very good home made kielbasa there, but you better like garlic! But who doesn't???
