Finally! A GREAT burger in London! - Revisited

Further to a recent email (see link below) please be advised that a Gourmet Burger Kitchen has now also opened in Putney on Putney Bridge road (just off Putney High Street). Again the queue was out the door (and this was a Thursday night!) My party had the Kiwi Burger (for our own Kiwi of course!), the plain and the garlic mayo (which got the most attention from the group, absolutely delicious!) and was only £33 including fries and a bottle of half decent France Chardonnay. Highly recommended!

Also, whilst on the subject of good cheap eateries, we recently tried out The Pepper Tree in Clapham. It is a great little cram 'em in and stuff 'em up place with good quality Thai fodder. Starter and main plus wine coming to £21 for two... however be aware of the elbows of the other patrons. It's located just up from Clapham Common tube station on Clapham Common South Side.
