Finally found Bavarian Pretzels in the U.S.A !!

Jimbosox04 | Apr 19, 200708:43 AM     2

Sorry but I need to share this with everyone. The search is over. Ever since I spent 3 weeks in Bavaria and returned back to the states I have been in search of a true Bavarian Pretzel here. It has been over a year and many failures later and dozens of bad references, I finally struck gold.

I found an online company that imports these pretzels direct from Bavaria and sells them to you frozen and 1/2 baked, you finish them yourself at home. Once you have these you will never buy one of those NY ones or Philly ones again.

www.bavariasausage.com is the name of the company, the pretzels are about $1 each and the shipping is very reasonable and well packed. I hope I helped someone else in their search !!!

Prost - Jim

P.S. - If you are looking for a beer to compliment as your local store to import Franziskaner for you, another search that I completed, can't wait till October !!
