Help finalizing restaurants, deserts, cocktail/speakeasy, as well as opinions on SF staples

About us: My husband and I are a gay couple in our mid-30s from DC and we will be staying within the city limits and are only interested in places that are accessible via public transportation or Uber. We have no interest in places that cater to college kids/quantity over quality/drunks at 3am and we also hate pretentious places that require you to dress up to go out to eat.

Our interests include: Excellent coffee, guacamole, speakeasy style cocktails named after Morrisey lyrics/European Soccer Players/College inside jokes, duck breast, fried chicken, gazpacho, carnitas, pot roast, fun ice cream/gelato flavors, chicken pot pie, steak frite, duck fat fries, pizza places certified by the Italian government, pretzels, and fancy sandwiches.

On our first visit to SF we did Zuni (Best chicken of my life!), Slanted Door (OK), Burma Superstar (meh), Tartine (good!), Papalote (meh), and Humphry Slocombe (great!).

I have a few reservations for dinner at Zuni, Mamacita, Frances, Foreign Cinema, Macon Pacific, and Stones Throw. Are any of these reservations bad? Should I cancel and rebook?

For lunch, any thoughts on the below?
Ike's Place - Is it worth it? The Yelp reviews go apeshit for this place, but I'm confused since I've never been blown away by a sandwich shop (Ike's is literally the most reviewed restaurant in SF if not the US on Yelp). Are the reviews for this place from 20 year olds with no taste or is it the real deal? Do I need to be high to eat here?

Burritos - As an east coaster, I've heard my fair share from San Franciscans complaining that our burritos are garbage and should be called "wraps" instead. BE HONEST! Is there a SF burrito that blows Chipotle out of the water? I did Paplote which is mentioned on many top 10 SF burrito lists and I didn't get it, it was slightly worse than Chiptole to me. Am I doing something wrong?

Drinks! Any recommendations for fancy tequila/mezcal /chartreuse/gin/burbon/ whiskey cocktail joints? I'm looking for places in the $11-$14 price range.
