Please help finalize food itinerary (researched)

Hello, 2 of us will be visiting Paris for the first time (first 3 days is just me) in the first week of May. We live in NYC and eat everything. Food is the reason for the trip so if we just do great food and some wonderful walks, we'll be pretty satisfied :) Price is not a very big consideration but we do not want to do a lot of long, super fancy meals. We do not speak French. Unfortunately, we still have not finalized our hotel but we're going to try to stay in 1st or 2nd to minimize travel time.

I have a few places that I've read about and I would love some feedback on those. I also have some empty slots that I need to fill. I'm still researching the pastries, bread and cheese so we can use this thread for just restaurants. Thank you.

Friday
- Arrive late in the evening.
- Was thinking AG but their online reservation system requires at least 2 people so not sure how will that work. Any other suggestions?

Saturday
- <Leave open for breads, cheese and pastry>
- NEED TO FILL THIS SPOT

Sunday
- Maybe A Noste since it is open on Sunday?
- Clamato: Since this does not seem to take reservations, any suggestions on what time to get there?

Monday
- NEED TO FILL THIS SPOT
- I wanted to go to Le Comptoir du Relais. Howeve, since we are not staying at Relais Saint-Germain, I don't think we'll be able to get a reservation (unless there is some sort of a cancellation). I know that the lunches and weekend dinners are possible but the weekday dinner seemed more appealing. Taking this into consideration, should I substitute this with a different restaurant? Chez Denise, Paul Bert, Au Passage, something else?

Tuesday
- L'Ami Jean
- Pirouette

Wednesday
- Pierre Gagnaire
- NEED TO FILL THIS SPOT

Thursday
- Planning to go to Dijon in the morning. Not sure if something super early would be available before our train.

Friday
- In Dijon

Saturday
- Back to Paris in the morning. <Maybe a bread, cheese, pastry morning>
- Spring

Sunday
- Need a place to go to in the morning before heading out. Les Chouettes maybe?

Thank you very much!
