Help with Feast of 7 Fishes menu

Wagamama80 | Dec 8, 201504:43 PM     14

Hi all,
I'm hosting my first Christmas Eve dinner and want to continue my husbands and in laws tradition of the Feast of 7 Fishes.

Here is what I was thinking, ANY suggestions/ideas/hints/good juju vibes would be appreciated!

Apps:
Smoked Salmon Canapes (blini or mini pancakes with creme fraiche, smoked salmon, dill and capers);
Shrimp Cocktail
Antipasto
Fried Smelt

Entree (served family style):
Linguine
Meatballs/sauce (for the non seafood eaters)
Then I would like to do a white clam sauce type dish, but include shrimp, scallops and lobster. Thoughts?
Salad with pomegranate, walnuts, stilton

Dessert:
Tiramisu
Cream Puffs
