What are you favorites from Marcella Hazan's "Essentials of Italian Cooking"?

My wonderfull boyfriend got me this book last week and I haven't been able to put it down since. I made the "Chicken with two Lemons" on Saturday and we couldn't believe how tasty it was, especially since it was so easy.

So now I'm thinking to this weekend, I'm overwhelmed by the choices, everything looks good. I've heard that the milk braised pork is also good from this board, so I decided to wite and see what else the chowhounds can recommend, my skill level isn't very high, but I'm eager to learn and willing to try anything for the sake of good chow.
