Favorite sushi fillings?

Recently, I've been on a big homemade sushi-roll kick.

I've always preferred plain fish and rice (not in a roll), but since I've been enjoying making the rolls recently, I'm looking for ideas on interesting roll fillings.

(And please, if anyone is going to post anything useless about being a purist and what a roll "should be" or "shouldn't be", keep it to yourself and save the rest of us from having to scroll past the response.)
