When the weather starts getting colder, I tend to make soup for dinner once per week and I try to make it on Sunday nights so that the leftovers can be a component of my lunches through the work week. I'm looking for some new to me recipes. Ideally, they are vegetable heavy and not blended.

Three of my favorites:

Tamar Adler's minestrone (more of a guide than a recipe)

Joanne Chang's autumn vegetable soup with sausage and green lentils

Farmers' Market Minestrone
