new here, i've recently been to cuba libre and alma di cuba.
alma di cuba has two types of mojitos: the suave and the classico. the former is made with simple syrup, and is sweeter, while the classico is made with granulated sugar and is less sweet. i preferred the classico.
at cuba di libre, i didn't like the mojito i had. too sweet. however, i've only been once, so perhaps it was an off evening.
does anyone have further suggestions for the mojito hunt in center city philly?
