I work just off Bryant Park (42nd and 6th) and I always find myself either sacrificing quality or quantity for lunch. I often find that I need to order 2 dishes to actually fill me up...and since I am very active with running, working out, etc. (no I'm not fat)...I need the calories and protein.
So where do you like to go for reasonably priced ($7-12) grilled chicken, fish, vegetables, whole wheat pastas, that are actually filling?
Counter-ordering preferred, I don't have time for wait service, and since time is always a squeeze for me I'm looking to keep my range between 48th and 36th, Bway/7th to Park. Grazie as always...
