I know this is a complex question, and there is no one answer, but what are folks favorite brand of soy sauce?
Certainly, you can't argue with Kikkoman, but that is really Japanese soy.
An there are about 500 different varieties and brands of Chinese.
Not talking about funky stuff like dark soy, or mushroom soy though curious if anyone uses those. Really just asking about good old basic Chinese soy sauce.
My current favorite brand is Kimlan. But would love to hear reccomendations from other folks in order to save me from trying the 67 other varieties available in my local Chinatown.
