I have always loved pork rinds with beer, particularly the Mexican style with a layer of fat still attached, since the fat makes them scream for a good hot sauce or even just Tabasco.
These days my most common beer snack are crisp little sheets of Korean nori seaweed. Fewer calories, but tasty nonetheless.
And, what beer do you normally drink most often?
For me, it would have to be a very hoppy U.S. style IPA.
