I eat out way too often, then end up living on salads and protein for a few days before going out and doing it all over again. I know people always say it's impossible to get truly healthy, delicious food at restaurants, but I want to know: What's your favorite healthy meal/treat/item at local restaurants/stores/take-outs? It doesn't have to come from Real Food Daily, but something that's pretty healthy, isn't dripping with creamy sauces and cheeses, etc.
Just to give you an idea, I recently checked the nutritional information on the Jack In the Box Greek Salad - just for kicks. It has 46 grams of fat. Their turkey Pannindo or whatever it's called has 48 grams of fat. It's turkey on a baguette for chrissakes!
I think my favorite would be a good tuna tartar, and various sushis....
