Just a short take on lunch today. Perfect weather for logging a little patio time at FOLA. We arrived about 3 minutes before opening and were maybe 10th in a short line. The nice thing is that they have plenty of help lined up behind the POS computer stations behind the bar as you walk in, and we had our drinks in no time. Actually ran into and old friend and her friend and we all sat outside in the shade. The patio filled up fast. Two burgers, one medium rare and one medium cooked perfectly, along with a shopping cart of sweet potato fries, one beer + one glass of wine. $46, plus tip. Steep, but worth the price. Because the friend I ran into had the burger and regular fries I got to do a taste off and the sweet potato fries won the Triple Crown going away.
