tried the farmer's pie (goat cheese, roma tomato, spinach, scallion, mozzarella cheese and fresh herbs) last night. very tasty. not heavy at all, good for a warm night. could have eaten the whole thing myself, but my wife picked it up and said i had to share.
danna, i seem to recall you saying your husband likes thin crust. have you tried 28806's? it's sourdough, thin and crispy. compared to marco's, i'd say it's better able to support a variety of toppings (i think marco's is too flimsy and gets soggy, especially when it travels - please note, i do like it, i just think it has some drawbacks). 28806's holds up better over time. that said, 28806 has been a little inconsistent. most of the pizzas (i've had 10 or so now) have been very good (i should note i didn't like the thick crust - good flavor, but too much crust to topping for me), but i did have one that was weirdly bland.
