Fairway's roasted butternut squash from the Thanksgiving tasting - looking for recipe [moved from NY State board]

I was at Fairway last Saturday when they had their Thanksgiving sampling to entice people to place catering orders for the holiday. It was very nicely done, they had two soups, stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey (thickly sliced), roasted butternut squash, sweet potatoes and 3 kinds of pie (apple, pumpkin and three berry).

I am not a big fan of butternut squash but their preparation was really great. It was small cubes with cranberries and some spice I could not figure out. I posted on Fairway's FB page and they responded and pointed me to a recipe on their site but that wasn't it (it had pepper, which the one they were serving did not). They subsequently confirmed that the preparation they were tasting was specific to their catering department and the recipe is not available.

Did anyone else try it (or has tried it previously) who can point me at a comparable recipe?

BTW the berry pie was also excellent. I will have to buy one when I need dessert to take.somewhere.
