Food was decent, although definitely not nearly as good as Fogo De Chao. But the service was horrible. 8PM reservations for Saturday night and they seated us at 9:20. We would have left earlier if they didn't keep telling us to wait another 10-20 minutes. When we complained to the hostess about the wait, she said "what do you want me to do, I'm only the hostess," but of course she refused to get the manager because he was supposedly busy. Of course, we certainly weren't alone as the hostess stand was packed with people in the same predicament, all being seated at least an hour after their reservation time. After all this, they cut our bill by 15% but had the nerve to include a 20% tip for our party of 8 people (which I would ordinarily give except that the service did not improve after we were seated). Needless to say, we did not leave the 20% added tip. In any event, the meats are decent but if you go, I strongly recommend that you get interior pieces of meat as the exterior pieces are way too salty.
