Help! In Need of Extra Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

P. | Feb 3, 200606:51 PM     14

Hi All.

For My GF's Family, I'm making my Infamous braised ribs for Superbowl Sunday. Part of the "hardware" for cooking is Reynolds Extra Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil with the red shadowed Extra Heavy on the box. [not the Heavy Duty] I've been lucky in the past 4 years with the Albertsons next to the Culver Costco carrying it. But now they've discontinued it. In the past I had checked the local Vons/Pavilions, Ralphs, Surfas and Smart and Final with no luck and the Regular Heavy Duty leaks during cooking. and the regular aluminum just disintergrates. There are places on-line which will send me 500 yards of it for $90 but I'm not ready for that type of commitment yet and I was hoping for the consumer sized roll for this weekend. I don't have a Costco Membership but her parents do and that might be an option.

Westside is prefered but we'll be in Long Beach and Diamond Bar too.

Take Care

-P.
