Im looking for a chocolate (pudding?) cake recipe which is moist and chocolatey enough to pass as a dessert if served warm with cream or sauce, but is not a brownie, a pudding, or as light as a regular cake. Ideally I want something thats a cross between the three and not too rich.
I found this recipe on eGullet which could suit but unless I am missing something I cant find the cooking time? Any calculated chowhound guesses?
