Any Experience w/ Slow Food suggestions for Rome?

Curmudgeon | Jan 7, 2006 11:21 AM

I have had very, very good luck with several suggestions from Slow Food in Emilia-Romagna. For what you got they were very inexpensive and incredibly good. Very traditional. But they were out in the middle of nowhere.

Now I'm going to Rome and hope some of you have experience with some on their list or other traditional cooking type places. I'm also looking for less expensive.

This is a partial list:

Alberobello Rocca Santo Stefano - (Rm)
Cantina Colonna Marino - (Rm)
Da Armando al Pantheon Roma - (RM)
Da Sergio Roma Campo de' Fiori - (RM)
Da Vittorio Roma Ardeatino - (RM)
Dal cavalier Gino Roma - (RM)
Dal cordaro Roma - (RM)
Enoteca Corsi Roma Centro storico Largo Argentina -
Ferrari Cervara di Roma - (Rm)
Gnegno Roma Ponte Milvio - (RM)
I Tinelloni Monte Porzio Catone - (Rm)
Il boom Roma - (RM)
L'angoletto Civitavecchia - (Rm)
La bomboniera Civitavecchia - (Rm)
La briciola di Adriana Grottaferrata - (Rm)
La credenza Marino - (Rm)
La Saracena Segni - (Rm)
La sbirra Carpineto Romano - (Rm) 20
La stradanova Carpineto Romano - (Rm)
La vecchia osteria Anzio - (Rm)

Looking for help, Thanks
