Expanded menu at Tangra Masala

The old one-page menu in the sheet protector has given way to a GBC-bound laminated mini book, with about 50% more menu items to select from. This expansion hasn't diminished the quality of the food, I'm happy to report. The manchurian sauce still rocks. I tried one new addition, the fried dumplings or chicken momos appetizers, which provided a new taste sensation; nicely pan fried dumplings in that green hot and sweet sauce. I am, however, frustrated that now, the bar has been set higher for me to get through the entire menu. Trudging on now.
