Panos' Kleftiko/Taverna, on 5th Ave. between Aloha & Valley, near Seattle Center.
A small place (barely holds 40), excellent lamb, chicken, and other entrees, but we often make a meal out of a half-dozen or so of their killer appetizers (the menu has about 5-6 pages of them!)
Friendly staff, great presentation, yummy food, and an atmosphere that draws you right in.
Don't go if you're in a hurry - make sure you have time to sit back, and let the food come to you at the rate that it does (the kitchen is pretty small, and Panos does most of the cooking himself, with usually one other person helping on weekends.) Just sit back with a bottle of simple Greek wine, chat with your friends, yell "opa" whenever they bring out a plate of flaming saganaki, and let this meal be your evening's activity.
