I'm a New Yorker, coming to Chicago soon for a week of extravagant culinary exploration (well, officially for a professional meeting, but we all know where our priorities really lie). I've got a whole week of reservations lined up, and about the only one I planned without chowhound input was Everest. Any thoughts on the place? What should I order? Should I go someplace else instead? I picked it partly because I'm going with a companion who enjoys restaurants in high places with sweeping city views, so I'm willing to trade a bit of food perfection for that feature. Particularly as I'm also going to Tru, Trio, and Topolobampo. Thanks!
