Evening Dim Sum in Hong Kong

Does anyone know a place where you can order decent dim sum as late as ~6pm? Besides Tim Ho Wan? I've heard Tim Ho Wan usually involves quite a wait to get in at night, so I'd like to avoid that. Ideally along Tsuen Wan Line between Prince Edward & TST, or along Island Line between Central & Causeway Bay.

Also, I know there's quite a few places that do dim sum from 11a-5p or something like that (eg, Super Star Seafood). As long as the place is an order-off-menu place, do you think the quality & availability of dim sum items will be just as good at 4.30pm, as compared to if you're going in at 12pm? Thanks a lot!
