Went to Euzkadi last night and have to say food was mediocre at best. Ordered several tapas:

Serrano Ham Ravioli: These little raviolis that were made by using the Serrano ham as the wrapper and pureed cauliflower with a hint of truffle oil inside. The ham was flavorless and left much to be desired, really needed that salty punch. Thought the idea was great but execution wasn't.

Sautéed mushrooms: Not much flavor and swimming in broth and wine. Just regular supermarket button mushrooms and not much going on here. Supposed to be garlic and some red pepper but couldn't taste either.

Cheese plate: Best part of meal for myself. Good selection of about 4 cheeses and decent portions for $11.

Duck Meat balls: Overly firm and not much flavor again. They could've used turkey & I would not have know the difference, nothing exciting.

Dessert was fairly good. This yogurt sorbet with poached figs. Again, idea sounded great but ingredients just couldn't follow up. Sorbet was decent but figs had to have come out of a jar and not what I expected.

Sangria wasn't very good and not even certain there was any wine in pitcher at all, oh well.

So that's my take on this very mediocre EV Tapas joint.
