Looking for restaurants in Chicagoland area or anywhere within a day trip (up to 6 hours by car(includes Milwaukee, Madison, Indianapolis, Detroit, Quad Cities, St Louis) to try some new cuisines. Here are the cuisines towards the top of my list. Any suggestions where I could find these will definitely be appreciated:
-Hungarian
-Congolese
-Australian
-Norwegian
-Estonian
-Tanzanian (or Ugandan)
-Uruguayan
-Kazakh
-Finnish

So let me know if you know of any (even restaurants with specific matching dishes would work)
