I am having my wedding at the Estates in July of this year.
We are going to be meeting with the catering manager in a few weeks. Any one have any good experiences with specific dishes that they serve. I was thinking of having the Beef Tenderloin, with Sunchoke Potato and parsley, with Roasted vegetables. Strawberry Shortcake for Dessert.
Anyone tasted the food at the Estates of Sunnybrook?
