Empanadas and Chilean Restaurants

I am looking for good empanadas in the SFV (I'm in Van Nuys on the cusp of Reseda). Also, perhaps, a good Chilean restaurant, which would also solve the empanada quest, but might have cocos y papas con mayoneza. There used to one on Burbank in No. Hollywood, but it went Mexican. Empanadas can be from anywhere- Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela - baked or fried -so long as they're good! Thanks.
