I went to high school in Puerto Rico. My high school did not have a cafeteria, and each day a truck would pull up alongside the fence, and you could have A) a pressed sandwich featuring pork, ham, cheese, and a pickle or B) a wonderful tomato and cheese enchilada with a crispy and almost translucent skin.
I must have an enchilada. More to the point, I must have an enchilada that is not really a replay of a calzone, with a pastry wrapper half an inch thick composed of reclaimed, rehydrated plaster. Where do you go to get one around here? Are any of the latino places in Allston-Brighton promising in this area?
