Every once in a great while, I have sent an email to a restaurant to ask about menu options or hours of operation. I always get the email address from the contact section of their web site.
Amazingly, I have had almost no luck getting a response. I don't know if this is unique to the restaurant business, but it sure does not encourage me to do business with them.
Anybody have an opinion on why they don't respond other than the standard "it went into the spam filter"?
