I have some nice carving knives but I also have some arthritis in my hands so I'm not really looking forward to dissecting the boid. My husband lacks the dexterity and enthusiasm for such a task so I am pondering purchasing an electric carving knife. What say you hounds? Will my plated turkey slices look like the cover of Gourmet Magazine or an illustration for the White Trash Cookbook? And if I do take this radical technological plunge, is there a brand or special features I should keep my eyes peeled for?
