Egg Foo Young - Where?????

I'm not talking about shrimp scrambled eggs or BBQ pork scrambled eggs. I'm talking about those little egg pancakes that we used to get in California Cantonese restaurants when I was a kid generally with a brown sauce on them.. Today all the pancakes are the same and the only thing that changes is the topping sauce. Long time ago the main ingredient used to be mixed in to the pancake itself. Any recommendations?
