"edible rice paper" or oblaten wafer for panforte

Every year around this time I make panforte and most recipes call for edible rice paper or oblaten wafer in the bottom of the pan to keep the panforte from sticking. Every year I can't find them and I make it without and it sticks. Does anyone have an idea where you can get these products or an alternative to keep the panforte from sticking to the pan? I have tried parchment and greasing the pan and foil with minimal luck, it just sticks to them. I live in the Sacramento area.
