Eats in NO During Jazz Fest - Comments

I used this board to research good restaurants for after the Jazz Fest, and you guys are totally on point

Fiorella's - We left Jazz Fest early Sunday to make sure we got there before the kitchen closed. Got the Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese and Texas Toast. Prolly the best fried chicken i have ever had. Great crust, hot and juicy center. I still think about it weeks after.

Coops - Was packed. managed to snag a table. Waited for about 45 mins for our food. Some neighbors were getting upset, but you have to realize that everything isnt running full speed. Wish I got the jambalaya or gumbo but I got a pasta, jambalaya-like plate. Was good, not great. I think I just ordered wrong

Praline Connection -- Another gem. I had rice, beans and sausage with the good cornbread. My friend got the shrimp and meat stuffed peppers, which had a great flavor.

We went to other places too for snacks -- Stanleys etc. Cafe Du Monde -- missed it so much -- but these three stood out.

Thanks to you all.
