One of those "Surprise, your'e doing it wrong" clips that pop up periodically on internet home pages,
sounds reasonable for the most part, but then they say that you have to cook tomatoes to get the most good out of them. I have always tended to believe the advice of gardeners who say that eating them raw is best and cooking destroys some of their food value.
Now I'm still going to go on eating both raw and cooked tomatoes, but I'm curious as to who is right. Anyone have a reference to another study of raw vs cooked?
