I am faced with a possible opportunity to visit Capetown South Africa towards the end of May and was thinking of also trying to visit Madagascar or the Seychelles and maybe Mauritius. Any advice on how to get the best out of the natural beauty of the areas and still enjoy perhaps some exotic/authentic cuisine in the areas. I know the Seychelles are pretty well known for the seafood and creole style cuisines. Not sure if Mauritius is well known for anything except different governments every year or so.
