As I try to turn a new leaf and eat healthy, I am always in search of tasty and filling dishes from the take out places in the Boston Financial District. I don't often bring a lunch and it is generally frowned upon to do so (don't ask, it just is). Currently my go-to's are the soups at Au Bon Pain (<200 calories), burrito bowls at Bolloco with lots of veggies and no rice (200-300calories), the Tandori Chicken Sandwich at Cosi with no-fat vinaigrette (~375 calories). Any other suggestions would be appreciated. (also, I know that most of the meals listed above are high in sodium. I have found this hard to avoid so far, other than just getting a salad).
