Eatalian in Gardena

Hidden in the industrial zone of Gardena on Broadway and Redondo Beach Blvd. is a very popular Italian bistro or would I say trendy cafe? It serves no liquor or wine and parking is very difficult during peak hours. Yet...the lines are long and waiting 45 minutes to over an hour just to get seated is a norm. They also take no reservations. It looks like it was an abondoned warehouse or factory but holds probably over a hundred customers? Been here a couple of times and will say that it's not the typical Italian cuisine you'd find at Olive Garden or Lomeli's in Gardena. Their pizzas are very thin crusted and their special ragu had an unfamiliar flavor which which to me was quite nice IMO. Another signature offering was their home made gelato served in paper cups.

The only reason why I gave it a four star rating is that they don't serve wine or any type of spirits to compliment the food and parking is difficult because of their small parking lot. The area at night is very dark mainly because it's located in an industrial zone.
