Does anyone know any good recepies for meals that will last longer than a couple days? Something that can be made in a big batch, that keeps well in the fridge and tastes good? Im looking for something cheap and easy (since I do not have much culinary skill) Im hoping I could make it at the start of the week and then eat it for lunch for a couple days. I've tried looking online but everything seems kinda difficult to make or has insanely expensive ingredients that I do not know where to find.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, especially those that can be reheated in the microwave and not get all funny tasting.

Thanks in advance! :)
