Dynasty Seafood Dim Sum in Cupertino

StanfordFoodie | Apr 16, 200510:36 PM

Just visited with three other friends, Dim Sum was terrible, each dish was cold and the favors were not distinctive. The people pushing the carts were super aggressive trying to pass off the food to us, we asked repeatly if the dish was "hot out of the oven" and each time the reply was yes. I think their version of warm is the temperature of a recently deceased person. For example the har gow wrapper was soggy, steamed pork spare ribs were cold, the bbq pork buns were devoid of ingredients, the tripe was tough. Even on Saturday at noon, with high turn over there was not an acceptable dish. Our tea was not refilled until repeated requests. I can't understand how a place with such low quality stays afloat. Around that area I would much rather goto Parc Hong Kong, Mayflower, Joy Luck, in that order. The upside to this place is its modern decor and relative cleaniness, however if you are searching for dim sum "zen" this is not the place.
