Duplicating French yogurt in glass jars

melissayahia | Aug 24, 201409:48 AM     4

I have been trying to duplicate the French yogurt i bought in Paris in glass jars. I even brought home the glass jars. I use the best whole milk I can find. I just found a grass fed cream top milk by Organic Valley and am experimenting with that this week. As for the starter I had been using Stonyfield whole plain but my yogurt is best when I use some of Sophia's rich Greek Goat and Sheep Milk Yogurt. If I use Stonyfield's I add a dash of local heavy cream from Tiverton RI. Also a few tablespoons of Organic dried milk. I also often drizzle vanilla paste on top. I am getting closer all the time to that great taste yogurt we ate in Paris which I still dream about. Here is my recipe: http://ellabellaandpierro.blogspot.co....
